hopefully, available, to meet your organizations needs in order to realize its full growth potential.
You need to establish whether your organization
understands the fundamentals for enhanced operations and possesses the
internal structure necessary to achieve your growth strategy. If not,
now is the time to make the necessary adjustments. "Capability" presents
your company with several challenges that you will need to measure and
overcome. Does your organization have or can it do the following:
A. Ability to acquire capital and operations finances.
B. Understand the process to design, implement and continue a
customer-centric approach to sales and marketing your product and
services.
C. Understand how to develop and leverag existing core
competencies.
D. Understand how to exploit technology solutions.
E. Understand how to re-engineer the organization and internal processes to foster growth.
These items must be addressed in order to unleash the potential of your
organizations newfound or untapped, unique "capability".
